The St. John's University Drug Information Services' objective is to advance the utilization of proven medical practices, enhance the safety of medications, and elevate patient-focused pharmaceutical care. This will be achieved through the implementation of practical approaches, scholarly pursuits, and educational endeavors
Goals

Deliver precise and prompt responses to drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals.

Support the implementation of evidence-based medication use that prioritizes safety, effectiveness, and cost-efficiency.

Undertake independent research in the fields of drug information, medication safety, and pharmacy education.

Provide comprehensive education to pharmacy students and residents on drug information practice, critical evaluation of primary literature, and the principles of evidence-based medicine through experiential and theoretical learning platforms.
